SCHOOL HOLIDAY YOUTH MOVEMENT PROGRAM
Run by our world class movement mentors Harrison and Karleigh our innovative workshops involve decision making, problem solving, ignite creativity and imagination and the essential skills of Parkour, Martial Arts and Movement Obstacle Courses.
The workshops are designed for all abilities and will suit everyone from ages 7 to 17. Parents can even join in.
Each session is 70 minutes and capped at max 8 children.
You will not find these workshops anywhere else!

ROBINSON
Alexander, parkour professional athlete since 2009, has travelled the world competing in various events and gatherings to expand his knowledge and passion for movement.
Passionate about sharing his skills and knowledge, Alexander dedicates time to teach others who want to learn and improve body flow and movement through urban and natural environments. His teachings inspire new athletes to enjoy a sport that not only develops a fun outdoor lifestyle, but also improves health, body and mind.

Chloe has 15 years in coaching experience in multi-sports including gymnastics, netball, surfing, swimming and parkour (to name a few). From 2000 to 2006, Chloe competed in elite level gymnastics competitions and went on to study a bachelor and honours in sports management and physical education.
Determined to share her knowledge and experience, Chloe is passionate about the connections in different sporting and recreation activities to teach a series of fundamental movement skills for children.

Skye grew up in the Blue Mountains National Park, NSW and has engaged in many different sports and recreational activities from rock climbing, bushwalking, dancing, martial arts and played representative football for Western NSW at the State Titles in 2008.
With a love of sport and recreation, Skye started her career in fitness in 2011 and has spent the last 6 years refining her skills in private and semi-private movement training, focusing on learning primal movement patterns to stimulate the nervous system and develop the neuroplasticity of the brain, for all ages and abilities.
